Does the balm clog pores?
No! All ingredients used in our balm have a non-comedogenic rating of zero.
Will it cause my skin condition to get worse?
All skins are different. We cannot guarantee that your skin will get better or worse nor do we know if you have any allergy to any ingredients listed on our blam. However, all our ingredients have been shown to help improve various skin conditions. If you are unsure, please do a skin patch test before using our balm on more sensitive areas of your body.
Help! My balm is completely melted. What should I do?
Do not worry, this is completely normal if the weather gets too hot or the balm is left near a heat source. For best result, you can stir the balm up a little and leave it in a cool and shaded area for it to solidify on its own. You can also put it in the fridge for quicker solidifaction process.
What are the benefits of using the balm?
Our balm are all made with argan oil and beef tallow which have a low-comedogenic rating of 2 and below. They have been shown to prevent breakouts and help with various skin conditions from dry skin to eczema. They have non-pore clogging proterties, help retain moisture, create a protective moisture over the skin, and soothe irritation and inflammation. There have also been reports that shows tallow balm also helps with reducing wrinkles, stretch marks, and scars.
What is tallow?
Tallow is a natural skin care product made from grass-fed beef tallow. It is a natural moisturizer used for generations.
Are there side-effects in using tallow?
There has been no reported side-effects when using tallow directly on the skin. However, if unsure, always do a skin patch test before applying to the rest of your body.
Is Tallow Balm suitable for all skin types?
Yes, tallow balm works with all skin types, including dry, oily, and combination. It provides long-lasting hydration without clogging up the pores and without leaving a greasy residue behind.
Is Tallow Balm suitable for children and infants ?
Yes and no! All our balm are safe for childen as we have made sure all our essential oil dilutions are below 1%. However, for infants we suggest you buy our Natural Tallow Balm as there are no essential oils in it. If unsure, always do a skin patch test or consult with your pediatrician before further use.
Is the Tallow Balm safe to use during pregnancy?
Yes, our tallow balm are safe to use during pregnancy. If concerned, consider ordering our Natural Tallow Balm as there are no essential oil used in it.
Is there an expiration date?
Please use the tallow balm within one year of opening. Keep away from liquid as that may cause the tallow balm to spoil.
Does the Tallow balm contain any animal products?
Yes! Our tallow balm are made using grass-fed beef tallow; however no other animal products are used.
How often should I use the Tallow Balm?
We suggest you use our tallow balm once in the morning and once before bed. However, for stubborn areas, we suggest to use it more frequently.
How long does one 2oz jar last?
If solely used on the face and neck, our tallow balm can last for 3 months. If used throughout the body, our tallow balm may last up to 1 month.

Do you ship outside of USA?
Unfortuanately, as of right now, we are unable to ship outside of USA.

What are your shipping methods and how long does it take for my order to arrive?
Our Economy Shipping takes around 5-8 business days.
Our Standard Shipping takes around 3-4 business days.
When do you ship out the orders?
We ship every Mondays and Thursdays.
Do you accept returns?
Because this is a cosmetic product and we are a small business, please contact us first if you wish to return your tallow balm. We can only accept returns within one week of you receiving the product if the product is unopened and untampered.
Please note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We try to make our tallow balm to order and there is often only a short window for any changes to be made.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us on our contact page. We will try our best to help you.

We understand that sometimes mistakes are made during checkout.
We will try our best to make it right, however, we are only able to update your shipping address before the order has been shipped.
